Sussex Partners is proud to announce that it has become a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment. The Principles, which promote the incorporation of ESG factors into investment decision making, were developed by investors for investors and by implementing them, signatories commit to developing a more sustainable global financial system.
Sussex Partners has been involved in ESG investing since 2013, when we first advised on the development of a hedge fund portfolio with an ESG filter for a family office. We believe that ESG factors, including Impact analysis and, in particular, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals that underpin the UNPRI, should be part of any well-constructed investment and risk management process.
